Les Bournayes

Les Bournayes cuvée comes from our Chenin parcels located in Souzay-Champigny.

The grapes are handpicked then pressed before being transferred to oak barrels for fermentation, followed by a year of aging.

Three types of wood are used to achieve the finest and most complex aromatic expression possible, all while maintaining tension and balance.
